FRIENDS

I heard today that the cast of friends are getting back together and it made me think of friends. I’ve have quite a few “friends” but some are what are described as fair weather friends. My best friend Steve Poskitt died a few years back he was a true friend, he made me laugh right up to the day he passed away. But there are the others who only stay around when there’s something in it for them. They should know who they are and IF they don’t they will just as soon as I get a chance to “unfriend” them on Facebook.

I don’t like trying to preach to people even when I have a strong point of view and it annoys me when I see people spouting out how we should behave, how we can be better human beings, how to attain spiritual enlightenment etc etc. who are they to tell me or you anything! So over the course of the next few days I’m beginning the process of “unfriending”.

IF I post on Facebook I want it to entertain and (maybe) pass on information and news that I’ve picked up (once I’ve checked it out of course) because there’s so much fake news out there.

I heard the news today oh boy, 4000 holes in Blackburn Lancashire and though the holes were rather small they had to count them all, now we know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert hall.…OH there’s so much bad news out there John Lennon IF you were still alive today you’d be disappointed how little we have learnt.
